Spark is temporarily closed as we complete venue improvements for our Summer season. We cannot wait to see you from 9am on Friday 25th April.

We are proud to be home to a host of innovative, unique and independent businesses. The businesses populate a range of units from shared retail spaces or 10ft kiosks through to bigger restaurants or bars. Our upcycled shipping containers incubate start-ups and provide a platform for growth and expansion. We are all about supporting individuals to set up their first business premises, so if you think this could provide the opportunity you need to have a go yourself, please contact us below.
