Tiro was born out of a partnership that has a real passion for food, friendship and fun. Carmelo and Nick started brainstorming ideas whilst working together a few years ago and decided that the time was now right to put them into action. Their take on traditional, Sicilian street food with a modern twist has cemented itself as a firm favourite in the city – focaccias, arancini and loaded fries, rounded off with specials (deep-fried lasagne, anyone?) that’ll keep you coming back time and time again.
