Bee’s Khraw Pop-Up

11 - 14 December

From 12pm

“Sawadee kha, my name is Bee. For 18 years I’ve been part of the team at York’s award-winning Café No.8 Bistro, and now I’m excited to share my own passion for Thai food at SPARK York’s Pop-Up.

During COVID, I stayed connected with family and friends by cooking and sharing traditional and home cooked Thai dishes. This grew into a small monthly takeaway, popular with a loyal and passionate circle of customers.

I’m so excited to be cooking at the Pop-Up at SPARK York! Thai food is at its best straight from the pan or wok, and I can’t wait for you to try a selection of authentic, freshly prepared appetisers, curries, and stir-fries.”
