About Let’s Regulate
Let’s Regulate is a York-based community for people in their 20s and 30s living with chronic illnesses such as ME/CFS, POTS, long covid, fibromyalgia, endometriosis etc.
The group hosts gentle, slower-paced social events — from coffee mornings and walks to yoga and breathwork — all designed to support nervous system regulation, connection, and community.
Every event is created with care to be accessible, calm, and pressure-free, offering a space where people can meet others who just get it. Events are designed with pacing, comfort, and connection in mind — there’s never any pressure to keep up or stay the whole time.
