- 17:00 – Doors Open & New Seasonal Drink Menus Launch across all bars (seasonal cocktails, draught beers, low/no-alcohol options)
- 17:30 onwards – Airbrush Tattoo Station by FacePaint York
- Evening – Live DJ Set by Jonny Hooker at PicTap (grab your headphones and a drink early to boogie!)
- All Night – Secret Photobooth slots for free photo ops at surprise times throughout the evening
