This adult painting workshop gives you an insight how to create an accurate, observational drawings of shells, looking closely at shape and detail. You can take these drawing and painting skills away with you to apply to any art you wish to create.
Sarah from Inky Print Designs is a qualified art teacher and will be there along the way to guide you through the drawing process breaking it down into simple steps and supporting you to achieve your own realistic shell watercolour painting. This workshop is great for beginners and more experienced watercolour painters alike as you will be guided through all the steps.
We will start the workshop with some quick warm up drawing exercises, before Sarah guides you through the steps to create your own shell drawing. We will look at how to use watercolour, colour mixing and layering paints. There will also be fineliners on hand to add the smaller details.
You will take home your shell painting in a frame ready to be displayed in your home. All materials will be provided.
