York, September Group
I am so excited to announce the launch of York’s very first Women’s Health Support Group, and we would love for you to be a part of it. This is a safe, warm, and welcoming space created specifically for women living with reproductive health conditions such as endometriosis, PMOS (formerly known as PCOS), fibroids, and beyond, where you can come together to share experiences, learn from one another, and feel truly supported in whatever you may be going through.
I know that navigating a reproductive health condition can feel isolating and overwhelming at times, and this group was created remind you that you are not alone in your journey.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, years into your journey, or perhaps navigating symptoms without a diagnosis and simply wanting to talk things through, you are welcome here. You do not need a label to walk through the door, your presence and your story are valued just as much. No judgement, no pressure, just a community of women showing up for each other. I believe that when women come together and share their stories, something truly powerful happens, and this group is the beginning of something really special for York. Come and be a part of it, take that first step for yourself, and know that you do not have to navigate your health journey alone.
It will be a drop in session, so please come and go as you wish. Afterwards there will be the opportunity to socialise with one another and further build our community.
