If you have already subscribed to our email newsletters prior to the 22nd September, you will automatically be enrolled into our loyalty scheme. From now on, you will be sent personalised emails based on the traders you love.
My SPARK links to our table ordering system Me&U so whenever you order with the same email address you used to sign up to our email newsletters, it tracks the traders you love.
If in doubt, you can sign up and it will update your account if one already exists.

Not really! When you sit at one of our tables and scan the QR code to order, you are ordering through a system called Me&U. You’ve probably seen their name on the text messages and emails you get once you’ve placed your order. My SPARK links to Me&U so whenever you order with the same email address you used to sign up to My SPARK, it starts to track the traders you love.
This way, we know which traders to email you about. Our traders can then also get in touch with their top customers to say thanks and to offer exclusive deals and rewards.
If you ordered at the kiosk, we currently aren’t able to track those orders as they aren’t going through the Me&U system. Keep your receipt and drop us an email to [email protected] and we’ll add it to your account.
It’s all very clever stuff.

When redeeming your voucher code, you can only have products from the specific trader in your basket. You must visit the link on the email to use your voucher code (so we know it’s you)
When you book an event on our website, you will get your tickets sent to you by My SPARK. They will appear in your inbox and will be sent by [email protected]. If you haven’t received your email tickets within the hour, drop our helpful team an email to [email protected] and they’ll respond as soon as possible!
Once you have your e-tickets, you can download them as a pdf or add them straight to your Apple or Google Pay Wallet! It’s that easy now.
We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of deleting your My SPARK account. You can delete your account anytime by unsubscribing – just hit the link at the bottom of any My SPARK email. If you’re thinking of deleting your account because you haven’t got any offers yet, be patient. Traders take some time in sending offers and the system may still be learning the traders you love.
