We’re super excited to introduce you to My SPARK – the new way to get exclusive offers and news from your favourite traders. When you sign up, you earn rewards just for spending at our traders, and we automatically add previous transactions as long as you used the same email address on Me&U.

My SPARK members get early access to tickets so keep an eye on your inbox. Plus, you can download your My SPARK tickets straight to your Apple Wallet – no need to be digging in that inbox!

If you have already subscribed to our email newsletters prior to the 19th August, you will automatically be enrolled into our loyalty scheme. From now on, you will be sent personalised emails based on the traders you love.
My SPARK links to Me&U so whenever you order with the same email address you used to sign up to our email newsletters, it tracks the traders you love.
If in doubt, you can sign up and it will update your account if one already exists.

Not really! When you sit at one of our tables and scan the QR code to order, you are ordering through a system called Me&U. You’ve probably seen their name on the text messages and emails you get once you’ve placed your order. My SPARK links to Me&U so whenever you order with the same email address you used to sign up to My SPARK, it starts to track the traders you love.
This way, we know which traders to email you about. Our traders can then also get in touch with their top customers to say thanks and to offer exclusive deals and rewards.
If you ordered at the kiosk, we currently aren’t able to track those orders as they aren’t going through the Me&U system. Keep your receipt and drop us an email to [email protected] and we’ll add it to your account.
It’s all very clever stuff.
Lucky you! The email you got will include a voucher code. When you order on Me&U, at the checkout there will be an option to add any voucher codes.
Copy and paste, and there we go, that discount is all yours!

When redeeming your voucher code, you can only have products from the specific trader in your basket. If you’d like anything from other traders, you’ll just need to put them through as a seperate order.
When you book an event on our website, you will get your tickets sent to you by My SPARK. They will appear in your inbox and will be sent by [email protected]. If you haven’t recieved your email tickets within the hour, drop our helpful team an email to [email protected] and they’ll respond as soon as possible!
Once you have your e-tickets, you can download them as a pdf or add them straight to your Apple or Google Pay Wallet! It’s that easy now.
We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of deleting your My SPARK account. You can delete your account anytime by unsubscribing – just hit the link at the bottom of any My SPARK email. If you’re thinking of deleting your account because you haven’t got any offers yet, be patient. Traders take some time in sending offers and the system may still be learning the traders you love. My SPARK Students is an add-on to our existing My SPARK membership. It’s only eligible to students with an @ac.uk email address and you are required to reverify every 12 months.
My Spark Students is replacing the current student discount offers from our bars. Our food traders are still offering their student discounts.
What this means is, now, no matter what you buy from the bars, you earn stamps on your new digital loyalty card. Get 8 stamps, get a free pint!

Our loyalty card is managed through the free Stamp Me app. If you have any problems or questions about the app, you can contact their team directly via your account on the app.
You will continue to receive offers from food traders for purchases done at the table – as per the usual My SPARK membership.
