In order to mark World Homelessness Day, charity Restore are launching an art exhibition on Friday 10th October.
The exhibition will be open throughout the weekend and will showcase artwork from their residents along the theme of ‘The Fullness of Life.’ Much of the artwork on display was produced at their Creative Hub.
Restore was formed in 2010 when two people from York independently contacted Green Pastures Housing in Southport to make enquiries about starting a ministry for homeless people and ex-offenders. Green Pastures put those two people in touch with one another, and they soon found that they weren’t alone.
The exhibition is free but with opportunities to donate towards Restore.
