Catering your event? We’re home to nine independent food traders and four bars who would be thrilled to offer their services.

Price

Our room hire rate is £25+VAT an hour (£30). This includes the use of our tables and chairs, WiFi and power in the room.

If you require AV equipment for your event this is available to hire at the following prices:

Projector & screen: £30+VAT per day (£36)
Microphone, stand and basic PA speakers: £30+VAT per day (£36).

Room capacity

We can host groups of up to:

80 people for a party (standing, no chairs/tables)
60 people for a seated talk or performance (theatre style)
36 people for a sit down meal (banquet style on small round tables)
22 people for a board meeting (conference style).

Furniture and equipment

We have the following furniture which you can use in the room for your event if you wish. Additional chairs and tables can be hired through an external company.

3 X 6ft trestle tables
5 x 3ft round tables
50 chairs.

AV equipment is also available to hire:

Projector and screen
Microphone, stand and basic PA speakers.

Food and drink

If you require catering, please support our independent traders by asking them to cater your events. Just ask and we’ll put you in touch with them.

Cancellations

If you cancel your event with…

… more than 4 weeks’ notice you will be refunded in full
… less than 4 weeks’ notice you will receive a 50% refund
… less than 1 weeks’ notice you will not receive a refund.
