Founder Mike Brand has been a chef for 17 years, so knows a thing or two about great food. During a 2 year stint in London, he fell in love with the emerging street food scene, and Clucking Oinks was born.
On moving to Spark:York Mike says, “To be a part of Spark:York is a true privilege. It’s going to be amazing working with all the other traders. We love York and what we do, so for us it’s a perfect mix. We’d like to thank the Spark team for giving us this opportunity.”
Specialising in buttermilk fried chicken, Mike also serves pulled pork doghnuts, chicken burgers and hot wings.
