Join BOXXHEAD and friends as they celebrate ‘Paste-up York’ with paste-up street art from around the world. Working live, they will piece together a unique collage of artwork.
BOXXHEAD is a York based mixed media artist known for his love of square headed beasts.
Influenced by Neo Expressionism, Surrealism and a curious passion for cardboard, BOXXHEAD works with everything from screen prints to spray cans to create his bright and bold art.
His work uses a child-like naivety to communicate mature provocative narratives in an attempt to slice through the social and political hypocrisy and gain a better understanding of the world we live in today.
