Koben was born from a love for flavours of Southern USA. Our journey started in 2023 off the back of the Thiccc Sauce success hosting street food pop ups over the summer season. We specialise in smoked meats rubbed in our secret seasoning then cooked low & slow over coal briquettes & wood giving that authentic barbecue flavour typically found in Texas, Nashville & South Carolina plus the love for New Orleans style po boy sandwiches. From tender, slow-smoked beef short rib, crispy cajun shrimp to succulent pulled pork, every bite tells a story of authenticity and dedication to the craft. Our carefully curated menu features a delectable range of dishes that pay homage to the robust, bold flavours of the South. We're on a flavourful mission to bring the authentic taste of Southern USA to the streets of Yorkshire!
