All our fillings are handmade in our shop each and every day. We ferment our own sauerkraut. We pickle our pickles. We make our own sauces and oils. We cure our traditional salt beef for 5 days before slow cooking to fall-apart-in-your-mouth perfection! Smoked Salmon and Dill Whipped Cream Cheese? Yes indeed. Salt Beef Reuben with blowtorched gouda? You bet. Chicken Parmo in a goddamn bagel? We got you. All of this and plenty of sweet, vegetarian and vegan offerings to boot! We are committed to supporting the community here in York and source our ingredients locally. Our meats are from a local butcher. Our fresh and dry ingredients are from local suppliers.
