Street Cleaver is bringing No Rules ramen and bao bar - a rock 'n' roll food experience, focusing on fresh and interesting food. Mark Hill, (Owner of renowned street food stall Street Cleaver) has 10 years Chef experience.
Having worked in many different locations with a vast range of food styles, from fine dining to small indie places serving one off small plates, he was spurred on to start up his own culinary adventure.
Street Cleaver focuses on fresh street food from all around the world, with an emphasis on Asian dishes. Known as “progressive street cuisine”, it is always changing with the seasons and the times.
