Hands up if you want to hula hoop!
Hula hooping is great fun and a fantastic way to stay fit. Its a total body work out so its good for improving your overall fitness as well as improving your body confidence and toning up that waistline. Lots of people think that they wont be able to do it, but hooping is all about the right technique.
Some people take a bit more practice than others, but if taught the right moves, everyone can hula hoop- so you definitely can do it!
Come and have fun learning hula hoop at Spark on Wednesdays. There will be waist hooping, hand hooping, funky routines and lots of laughs. We’ll be in the events space or outside hooping in the sunshine if its a lovely day.
There’s space for 10. Adults and children are welcome but children must be accompanied by an adult- so why not learn together! Just come along in trainers and comfy clothes, preferably something a bit sporty, but nothing too baggy or shiny around the waist. You don’t need any cash- its free, and all equipment is provided, so just bring yourselves and a big smile!
