Vegan Curry Night

The Cardamom and Dill team is planning a vegan curry night to coincide with Spark:York’s Indie Makers Festive Fair

Centre stage will be a sumptuous Sabzi, a vegetable curry featuring cumin-roasted cauliflower, plum tomatoes and peas with coconut milk and layers of spice including garlic, chilli, turmeric, fenugreek and fresh curry leaves. There will also be a classic red lentil dhal with tomatoes, garlic, green chillies, ginger, turmeric, cumin seeds and garam masala and Kiki's fragrant basmati pilaff with whole spices including bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods and cloves. 

Tables are available on a first come, first served basis so please contact them direct if you would like to make a reservation.
