Ramen, Stir-fry, and gayozas.

Chef Danny Franklin is bringing authentic ramen, stir-frys and gayozas to the street food line-up at Spark.

Danny has a background in fine dining, but is now realising his dream of opening his own establishment. At just 24, he’s hungry, raw and full of passion for his art.

My training and teaching has always been from a classical, French standpoint. I’ve combined this with my love of flavours and fusions from across Asia, and Chow is ultimately what that represents. I can’t wait for people to try it!

Examples of his dishes include salt and pepper pork cheeks udon noodles ramen with picked radish and crispy shallots and soft boiled eggs.
