Coming soon to Spark is a dedicated Cardamom and Dill Mediterranean-inspired vegetarian restaurant, Supper Club, chef’s pop-up kitchen and event space.
Lunch - a weekly changing menu, each inspired by a different country that kisses the coast of the Mediterranean – to include soups, salad, salads and sandwiches.
Sunday brunch menu
‘Bobby’s Eggs’, Turkish-style eggs with spring onions, tomatoes, feta cheese and red chilli £8.50
Smashed avocado on Bluebird Bakery sourdough with pul biber £8
Coriander and lemon-baked feta with Bluebird Bakery sourdough toast £8
Sweetcorn fritters with grilled halloumi, guacamole and tomato salsa £8.50
Bluebird Bakery challah (when available) or sourdough toast with local butter and homemade jam or a carob molasses & tahini spread £5.50
Supper Club and pop-up events
The sell out Cardamom and Dill Supper Club will relaunch at Spark, and you can also look forward to exciting pop-up events and brunches from ambitious and inspiring cooks and chefs.
Cardamom and Dill also provide private hire and catering.
Wednesday-Saturday, lunch from 12pm to 4pm
Sundays, brunch from 11.00am to 2pm
Supper Club and pop-ups from 7pm to 10pm
